We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping! We have three different fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, and China. After your order is complete, it takes us 1-3 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order form our main fulfillment center in China where we stock a large quantity and style of the products. Shipping is also based on your location; please expect 7-20 business days after order processing to receive your package depending on your location and shipping option. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! 

Why i receive my package early and sometimes take longer? (Ready to ship and In-stock items)

Your order might contain ready to ship or in-stock items. Ready to ship items are often delivered on time and quickly while in-stock items are delivered early or within the mentioned time period in the shipping section. Another reason would be due to the high volume of sales in specific products and inventory management. Please be assured we will do as much as we can to provide you the best shopping experience.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@fcarve.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Fcarve is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
